ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.  Well Arnold Schwarzenegger may not have only played the part of Conan the Barbarian but may very well be so in true life. Perhaps he no longer has to play the part but has become the part.

 

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been making the TV rounds since his new book.  While he certainly has overcome many of his childhood insecurities, it is obvious from his exaggeratedly large signature, that while on the positive level, he has certainly risen to the status of movie star, governor and well-know politician, he has also created some seriously self-destructive behaviors.  The overly inflated A and S in his signature certainly point to a grandiose sense of self while his small middle zone (letters such as a, e, i, o, u) are much smaller in comparison.  The small middle zone letters indicate a less than secure ego while his overly inflated upper zone (the letters that reach above the base line) show a need to compensate and project a larger than life ego.  While he admittedly cheated on his wife, had numerous affairs , got his housekeeper pregnant with his child, and is not remorseful, his angled middle zone (strong-will, manipulation and rigidity), and tall, looped upper zone letters are signs of fantasy, imagination and overly inflated ego. His ego-driven narcissistic tendencies (overly exaggerate upper zone) with tremendous tightly, controlled, rounded loops,  are all signs of a strong need for love, attention, recognition and attention, on his terms.  In short, whatever he has, it is never enough.

DEREK JETER

Phenomenal Yankee captain and shortstop who has brought new meaning to the word YANKEE.

Who is Derek Jeter? Well, let's learn about him through his writing.

Derek's high looped, rounded, flowing letters in his name D in Derek and J in Jeter portray his fluid, quick, powerful movements and yet show his strong ego structure and romantic leanings. The strong upstrokes in his loops (called upper zone in handwriting) show his optimistic, visual, far-reaching superior grace and rhythmic movement. The cover strokes (covered upper zone letters) are the way he keeps his moves and strategy of play to himself always keeping the audience and competing team on their toes. One never knows what will be the next move.

It is interesting to note that when the Yankees win...they often come in to score the winning numbers in the last inning surprising all who are captivated by the passionate, tense, excited last minute home run. Derek always wins!!!!!
Born to an African American father and mother of Irish-German descent he is still single and that may very well be a good thing. With his overly expansive upper zone, rounded letter forms and fluid movements, he may very well be making the best of his passionate senusality and need for freedom of expression.
With his many awards "American League Rookie of the Year," "Silver Slugger Award," "Gold Gove Award," All-Star Game MVP Award, " and "World Series MVP Award," it is not surprising that in 2007 he was named, THE FACE OF THE YANKESS! And what a nice face it is.

OPRAH

Round and linear handwriting combines love orientation with logical hard working determination. Her large circular protective O in Oprah portrays her full, receptive disposition with her need for privacy and quiet time. Her quick, rightward slanting direction indicates her outgoing, future-oriented goals and need for "action". Her straight downstroke in the y in Winfrey is her ability to be direct, candid and a no-nonsense person with ambition; while the covered rounded O is Oprah is her protected umbrella of vulnerability. We love you O.

WHITNEY HOUSTON

Whitney Houston is known for her "voice". I remember the movie The Body Guard with Kevin Costner where she played a woman who would not seriously believe her life was in danger and pursued the typical pattern of stardom. It is with great sadness that her real life situation mirrored that reality. Her writing shows all the typical rounded, looped, circled need for protection and attention while the choppy letters (fragmented life) and tall angled letter (her determination and stamina) which unfortunately gave way to very self-destructive tendencies.

The black and white sample to the left is extremely choopy, fragmented, broken and disturbed which also portrays the sad face drawn on the bottom. A great legend's demise through drugs and alcohol.

CASEY ANTHONY

It is a remarkable travesty of justice that this woman who did not report her child missing for 31 days, lied to the police, stold money from her parents, grandparents, friends, implicated her boyfriend at the time for being the father of her child in which the paternity test was negative, and send law enforcement officials on a wild goose chase while she knew full well her daughter was already dead, got off with a not guiltyplea. Her handwriting has all the characterisitcs of a woman beyond narcissism who characterizes a typical sociopathic personality with no conscience, no remorse and no guilt. While her Casey Anthony signature shows the flirtatious, ego grandiosity in her large, illegible, curled around, looped, entangled letters indicating total self-absorption; her printed writing to the right has all the classic signs of large middle zone letters (ego) narrow letters (cold, calculated) angled script (aloof) and covered over and retraced strokes (deception, lying, avoidance, and cover-ups) her true nature is one of a person who cares nothing about others and is only concerned with self. And to this end 12 jurors could not find her guilt. A real travesty of justice...but what goes around comes around and she will certainly at some point trip herself up... So what contributed to this imperfect justice...Jose Baez who is the classical enabler.

Dr. Drew

Dr. Drew is the host of HLN News and actually shares a psychiatrists "fair and balanced" view of events. His large D's in both Dr and Drew, much like Oprah indicates his open, compassionate, fully embracing world view. While the large size portrays his emotionally available personality, this top psychiatrist who also hosts Drug Rehab, has the open, expansive personlity that allows him to accept, understand and show empathy for others. His non-judgmental way plays a part in his ability to help, heal and honor others. The small, creatively written (middle zone letters - a, e, i, o, u) in his name are signs of his high intellect, creative formations and individualist style as well as the ability to write, speak and bond with others. He is truly gifted.
