Most entrepreneurs write with a THREADED WRITING. A threaded writing looks like an unravelled string.

Ryan is clearly an entreprenur. His fluid, flexible thread shows his versatility, adaptability and unconventional approach to life. The straight lined R with the arcaded upper stroke is a sign of creativity but his strong, solid, firm angled downstroke on the R indicates his sometimes too direct approach.

All in all he clearly has leadership qualities but does not necessarily want others to follow him. More important he wants his independence and individuality which is clear by this threaded, angled writing.
